What you'll do

• Lead onsite crews and keep productivity, quality, and safety on track
• plan daily field activities using project plans, schedules, and specifications
• coordinate manpower, materials, schedules, and site conditions with project managers
• train and mentor painters and junior crew members
• flag challenges, delays, and resource needs
• represent the company professionally with clients, general contractors, and project partners.
