Union Field Organizer

Job overview

The Union Field Organizer role is onsite in Cleveland, OH, with stated pay of $60,000–$70,000 per year. The position supports SEIU District 1199’s organizing work to build worker and community leadership and pursue union recognition. The organizer develops relationships with workers and community allies, communicates the union’s vision, and leads campaign activity that moves people to take action. The role also conducts campaign research and logistics and reports regularly to the Organizing Director.
