What you'll do

• Monitor, inspect, and maintain data center infrastructure
• perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• support network and telecommunications equipment installation and maintenance
• troubleshoot service interruptions
• install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fiber and copper cabling
• support routers, switches, and related hardware
• assist customers and escort visitors as required
• follow access-control and physical-security procedures
• maintain service logs and technical documentation
• follow operational, security, and safety procedures
• participate in capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades.
