What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to posted menus and recipes, including special diets and pastries
• serve residents while noting preferences
• clean utensils, stove, sink, kitchen, and pantry floors
• train and supervise diet aides
• attend mandatory in-services
• and check posted department schedules for adequate daily staffing.
