The Pediatrician role is onsite in La Grande, OR, with a stated total compensation opportunity of $300,000–$305,000 per year and a $40,000 commencement bonus. The physician joins an established Women’s and Children’s Clinic in an independent, not-for-profit health system serving a rural community. What you'll do

• Provide outpatient pediatric care in a Rural Health Clinic and Patient-Centered Medical Home
• see an average of 15–20 patients per day
• collaborate with four physicians and one nurse practitioner
• participate in a 1:4 call rotation
• use Epic EMR
• support patient and family relationships and coordinated care.
