Creative Producer

What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for new leads
• lead discovery conversations
• scope projects across budget, timing, resourcing, and outputs
• prepare proposals, scopes of work, and pricing with leadership and creative leads
• act as primary client contact from kickoff through delivery
• manage timelines, deliverables, communication, and stakeholders
• identify risks and efficiencies
• maintain project and pipeline records
• help improve intake, scoping, and project management processes.
