What you'll do

• Oversee property management across affordable housing communities, including hiring and training
• ensure compliance with LIHTC policies, Arizona landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing laws, and LIHTC and HOME requirements
• contribute to annual operating budgets
• manage OneSite software and staff training
• represent the organization during audits
• review and update the property management operating manual
• conduct biweekly meetings with property managers
• cover property management duties when needed
• be available 24/7 for emergency response.
