The After-School Teacher – Club J role is onsite in Palo Alto, CA, with compensation of $24.72–$27.04 per hour and 25–32.5 hours per week. The Oshman Family Jewish Community Center provides educational, social, cultural, spiritual, fitness, and wellness programs. The teacher plans and delivers structured, developmentally appropriate programming for children in grades K–6, supporting their learning and social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. The role also supervises children, maintains attendance and licensing compliance, communicates with parents, and may transport children from schools in JCC vans.

What you'll do

• Interact with and supervise school-age children
• plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• record attendance and account for children
• maintain compliance with Community Care Licensing regulations and program policies
• respond to parent concerns
• pick up and safely transport children in JCC vans as assigned.
