What you'll do

• Contribute to regional strategy and initiatives
• identify and pursue growth opportunities
• lead, mentor, and develop the regional design team
• manage key client relationships and represent the firm at industry events
• collaborate on business development and proposals
• oversee project quality, schedules, and client satisfaction
• support regional budgets and monitor backlog, revenue, utilization, and profitability.
