What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities
• monitor facility access and verify credentials
• document visitor and contractor entry and direct authorized personnel and deliveries
• respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations according to site procedures
• patrol entry points, loading docks, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter
• maintain access logs, incident reports, and shift documentation
• communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
