What you'll do

• Assist residents with transportation scheduling, activity sign-ups, maintenance requests, and general inquiries
• manage phones, greet visitors, monitor entry points, and maintain the reception area
• relay information among residents, families, staff, and leadership
• distribute mail and update community calendars
• support emergency communications
• maintain logs and documentation
• assist with scheduling, events, and data entry
• follow visitor access and emergency procedures
• support community activities.
