What you'll do

• Manage unit-based personnel, including performance evaluations and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Oversee unit budget, staffing, and resource management.
• Lead quality and patient safety initiatives, including safety huddles and performance improvement projects.
