What you'll do

• Handle project bids and coordinate contractors
• keep community management informed of project status
• assign work to maintenance staff
• maintain curb appeal, lawns, and common areas
• complete minor repairs and cleaning
• maintain vacant sites
• inspect community areas and amenities
• perform applicable snow removal, water-system, and pool maintenance
• follow safety procedures.
