What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from workforce need through accepted offer and onboarding handoff
• manage multiple searches across company functions
• partner with executives and department leaders on hiring priorities
• develop candidate profiles, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies
• source, screen, and interview candidates
• coordinate interviews, references, offers, and candidate communications
• maintain recruiting dashboards and conduct recruiting reviews
• strengthen employer brand and candidate experience
• support retention, onboarding, internal promotion, and succession pipelines.
