Manufacturing Technician

The Manufacturing Technician role is onsite in Lowell, MA, on a standard onsite workday schedule. Compensation is $28–$33 per hour. The technician supports production of Tetranite-based medical device products at RevBio. The role carries out manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and documentation activities under approved work instructions and standard operating procedures. It contributes to compliant production, product quality, equipment readiness, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Manufacture Tetranite-based products using work instructions and SOPs
• set up, operate, and maintain equipment
• manage raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
• perform in-process inspections and document tests
• complete batch and device history records
• report nonconformances and deviations
• perform routine calibrations and preventive and basic corrective maintenance
• support process improvements, validation, audits, packaging, staging, and shipment
• maintain training records and a compliant work area.
