The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.

What you'll do

• Monitor ACT program documentation and consumer files
• supervise staff identifying medical and psychiatric concerns and developing therapeutic plans
• consult with community agencies
• coordinate consumer movement through the program
• develop program forms and policies
• transport consumers in a company vehicle or, if unavailable, use a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement
• provide outreach services, which may include home visits.
