What you'll do
- Set annual and five-year technology plans
- oversee governance, information security, HIPAA-related risk management, and IT infrastructure
- manage operating and capital budgets and technology operations
- develop resident technology frameworks with resident input
- assess technology needs and utilization
- collaborate with operations and executive leadership
- evaluate technologies supporting resident safety, engagement, wellbeing, efficiency, and cost control.
