The role supports customer outcomes and regional retention and growth through market expertise, solution design, and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the West Region presales Solutions team
• own technical presales across discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and proposals
• partner with Sales on territory plans and pipeline
• lead prospect discovery and market-specific demonstrations
• govern proofs of concept and pilots
• lead technical RFP, RFI, and security responses
• manage presales-to-Services handoffs
• apply expertise across ERCOT, CAISO, SPP, WECC, AESO, and IESO
• identify account expansion opportunities
• build reusable demos, models, playbooks, and datasets
• represent the company at industry forums
• track presales metrics.
