Director, Assistant Controller

What you'll do

• Support SEC reporting and SOX compliance
• coordinate external audits
• oversee government contract accounting and required financial submissions
• manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• oversee internal controls, equity administration, and payroll
• lead accounting professionals
• and collaborate with program management, contracts, legal, HR, tax, and finance teams.
