HVAC Service Technician

The HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in Mill Spring, NC, with compensation not specified. The technician supports MSS Solutions’ commercial HVAC service work for customers. The role assists with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment documentation across commercial HVAC systems. Accurate service work and communication with team leads, coordinators, sales staff, project managers, and customers help maintain equipment and complete assigned work with minimal callbacks.

What you'll do

• Assist senior HVAC technicians
• perform preventive maintenance contracts
• troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light commercial equipment
• replace belts and filters and identify equipment anomalies
• log equipment conditions and circuits
• perform brazing, leak checks, and evacuation processes
• complete equipment logs and paperwork
• communicate with team members and customers
• maintain company tools and vehicle
• follow safe work practices.
