Banquet Sales Manager

The Banquet Sales Manager is an onsite role based in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is up to $50,000/yr plus commission, and this position supports the Lancer Hospitality team at the Phoenix Zoo. This role exists to drive sales and marketing for catering services, manage client relationships, and oversee the successful execution of events.

What you'll do

• Directs and supervises all catering functions.
• Maintains local client database and builds and maintains relationship with vendors.
• Creates operating statements, reports, and operational budgets, and reviews of the collection of receivables.
• Develops and maintains excellent relationships with all associates, clients and customers.
• Creates proposals, contracts and all event orders.
• Ensures that all menus and catering materials are professionally prepared and presented.
