Auto Collision Repair Estimator

The Auto Collision Repair Estimator role is onsite in Golden, CO, with stated annual pay of $70,000–$125,000. The position works in both office and automotive repair shop environments at Puget Collision. The estimator plans repairs and coordinates customer, insurer, parts, and shop communication to move damaged vehicles through accurate, quality-controlled repairs. The role also supports shop profitability, performance targets, and timely vehicle delivery.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and assess their needs
• inspect and evaluate damaged vehicles and prepare repair estimates and plans
• identify prior damage using check-in photos and pre-scanning
• prioritize jobs and expedite express repairs
• explain repair, insurance claim, payment, and delivery processes
• keep customers informed and maintain accurate file notes
• ensure repairs follow OE standards, DRP part choices, refinish guidelines, and ADAS scanning and calibration requirements
• verify quality at each repair stage
• source, order, and receive parts
• maintain accurate estimates, supplements, bills, and CCC One documentation
• manage the CCC calendar and DRP portals
• build relationships with DRP, fleet, and dealer partners.
