The Seasonal Store Lead — Pop-Up Store role is onsite in Wrentham, MA. Pay is $24.72–$27.40 per hour, with eligibility for a store-performance bonus plan. The role supports ARC’TERYX store leadership and the guest experience. The Store Lead guides product staff on the sales floor, supports store operations and inventory, and helps deliver product knowledge and guest service. The role contributes to store targets and community engagement while supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

What you'll do

• Support the in-store experience and lead from the sales floor
• share technical product knowledge
• support experience, product, community, operations, and people priorities
• share brand information and event details
• coach and provide feedback to product guides
• support inventory receiving, processing, restocking, destocking, and visual merchandising
• communicate company initiatives and policies
• support sales targets, labor, and budget management
• network with potential event partners
• manage opening and closing procedures
• process transactions, warranties, trade-ins, purchases, and returns.

Why this role

Part-time availability must include at least two of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, plus one weekday opening and one weekday closing shift; Black Friday availability through the holiday season is expected.
