The associate joins an AmLaw 100 firm’s Life Sciences / Product Regulatory practice within its Health Care group, represented by Direct Counsel. The attorney advises life sciences and technology clients on FDA and product regulatory matters, including product development, approval, commercialization, and lifecycle issues. The role also supports transactions, due diligence, compliance strategies, and client guidance on regulatory developments.

What you'll do

• Advise life sciences and technology clients on FDA and product regulatory matters
• counsel on product development, approval pathways, commercialization, and lifecycle management
• support regulatory aspects of M&A, alliances, and licensing
• conduct regulatory due diligence
• develop compliance strategies across jurisdictions
• monitor regulatory and legislative developments and provide client guidance.
