This hands-on leader sets IT strategy and oversees service management, identity and endpoint systems, SaaS, networking, security controls, and resilience. The role develops the team and IT operations to support business growth, security, compliance, and enterprise readiness across office and remote sites.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the IT team
• build a 12–18-month IT roadmap
• manage the IT budget, vendors, and license utilization
• oversee IT service management, onboarding and offboarding, and asset lifecycle
• manage identity and access, endpoints, SaaS, networking, and office IT
• partner with Security on standards, audits, and evidence
• maintain IT controls and lead IT’s role in business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response.
