What you'll do

• Set up electrical projects and maintain project information in CMiC and other systems
• review contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes, and schedules
• track insurance certificates and vendor/subcontractor documentation
• manage RFI and submittal processes and project records
• track equipment, materials, deliveries, and procurement needs
• assist with project controls, cost documentation, change management, and billings
• organize drawings and project files
• support meetings, reporting, punch lists, and closeout packages.
