The role helps the community manager maintain effective property operations and a positive resident environment. It supports leasing, rent collection, resident relations, administrative reporting, maintenance coordination, and property inspections while helping keep the community clean, safe, and well maintained.

What you'll do

• Assist with rent collection, bank activities, transaction documentation, and delinquency procedures
• prepare administrative reports
• monitor rental and marketing activity
• respond to resident concerns
• monitor curb appeal, model appearance, and signage
• coordinate maintenance requests, vendor contracts, and operational tasks
• walk the property daily
• conduct annual or more frequent unit inspections and follow-ups
• participate in meetings and inspections.

Why this role
