What you'll do

• Define and own the persona strategy for AWS GenAI experiences
• establish a scalable, data-driven framework for customer segmentation
• direct L5/L6 PMs, UX researchers, and data scientists
• translate persona insights into a portfolio of GenAI application concepts
• author L7-grade PR/FAQs
• define success metrics grounded in customer outcomes
• influence senior leadership
• drive cross-org partnerships
• represent AWS externally as a thought leader.
