The Senior Industrial Hygienist role is onsite in San Jose, CA. The annual salary range is $153,000–$185,000. The hygienist runs the industrial hygiene program across manufacturing, machining, and research and development sites, assessing workplace exposures and supporting controls and health programs. This work helps employees work more safely as Antora builds and tests thermal energy storage systems and scales its technology.

What you'll do

• Plan and conduct personal and area air monitoring, noise surveys, and heat-stress evaluations
• interpret results against occupational exposure limits
• review safety data sheets and toxicology information
• recommend and verify controls
• evaluate ventilation
• run respiratory protection, hearing conservation, hazard communication, and heat illness prevention programs
• maintain OSHA and Cal/OSHA compliance and records
• manage sampling equipment and lab relationships
• develop and deliver training.
