The Psychiatrist — Outpatient, Interventional Psychiatry & Clinical Research role is onsite in West Palm Beach, FL, with compensation of $140–$169 per hour. Health Haven’s integrated model combines outpatient psychiatric care, interventional services, and pharmaceutical-sponsored clinical research. The psychiatrist provides evidence-based outpatient evaluation and treatment while supporting interventional services and research initiatives. The role also contributes to continuity and quality of care through collaboration, supervision, and education within a multidisciplinary clinical team.

What you'll do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations
• develop individualized treatment plans
• provide medication management and follow-up
• assess psychiatric risks
• perform TMS mappings and oversee protocols
• provide physician oversight for Spravato services
• collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
• supervise and mentor advanced practice providers and trainees
• participate in sponsored research
• maintain compliant documentation and support quality and clinic operations.
