The Corporate Senior Attorney — Mergers and Acquisitions role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with compensation of $225,000–$300,000 per year and eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm for its corporate business unit. The attorney prepares and negotiates corporate and transactional documents and represents clients in business transactions. The role supports clients’ corporate and M&A matters through careful drafting, negotiation, and transaction counsel.

• Prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents, including governance, operating, supply, compliance, and merger and acquisition documents
