The Prevention Intern – Spring 2027 role is primarily based outside an office, including work from home and community settings in Greenville, SC. This part-time internship is unpaid. Safe Harbor provides services and education for people impacted by domestic abuse across several South Carolina counties. Working alongside the Prevention Coordinator, the intern helps deliver community-based prevention programming and education. The role supports outreach, school presentations, partnerships, and curriculum updates intended to build skills and awareness to prevent domestic abuse.

What you'll do

• Assist with Relationship Education Project presentations in schools and community groups
• build partnerships with schools and community organizations
• attend outreach and tabling events
• research, edit, and update prevention curriculum content
• document data after school curriculum delivery
• collaborate on education and prevention planning
• participate in staff meetings and training.
