The Research and Development Design and Testing Co-Op is onsite at Baltimore Aircoil Company’s corporate office in Jessup, MD. It is a paid, full-time temporary co-op for six months, scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, from January through June 2027. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour. The role supports BAC’s R&D Design and Testing team in developing and validating products and technologies. The co-op designs and modifies test setups, prototypes, and experimental equipment, supports performance and reliability testing, and collects and analyzes test data. The work also includes CAD models, drawings, and documentation to inform engineering decisions and project execution.
