What you'll do

• Write buyer-journey emails and related text messages
• develop subject lines, preheaders, and calls to action
• coordinate creative assets and approvals
• code responsive, accessible HTML emails
• maintain templates and modules
• QA rendering, links, tracking, personalization, and audience logic
• operate Mailchimp audiences, segments, automations, schedules, and access
• coordinate data with the Concierge CRM
• manage consent, suppression, deliverability, and privacy requirements
• maintain campaign operations and documentation
• report campaign performance
• design A/B tests and holdout groups
• recommend improvements to journeys, cadence, and content.
