The liaison develops and manages hospital referral leads to support admissions, occupancy, conversion rates, and quality mix. The role builds relationships with hospital and community referral sources and coordinates with facility departments to help meet patient expectations.

What you'll do

• Generate and manage leads in referring hospitals
• meet with potential customers before admission
• make sales calls to hospital social workers, case managers, physicians, administrators, home health and hospice agencies, families, and other referral sources
• develop referrals from hospital discharge planning, emergency and therapy departments, physicians, insurance companies, and other sources
• coordinate with departments to meet patient expectations
• support occupancy, quality mix, conversion, and admission growth goals.
