What you'll do

• Manage high-volume requisitions across multiple facilities
• source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels
• conduct phone screens and initial interviews
• coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• partner with hiring managers on staffing needs
• maintain talent pipelines
• coordinate offers, background checks, drug screens, and onboarding
• maintain applicant tracking records and reports
• support hiring events, job fairs, and open houses.
