What you'll do

• Coordinate dental-division meetings, communications, documentation, and cross-functional initiatives
• collaborate with the Chief Dental Officer on strategic initiatives and operational goals
• assess program needs and recommend efficiency and cost-effectiveness improvements
• support policies, procedures, and healthcare activities while maintaining compliance with ACA, NCCHC, state standards, and company requirements
• organize division records and prepare operational and financial reports
• support training and peer review activities.
