What you'll do

• Enter vendor invoices, customer payments, and routine transactions
• review payment requests and route approvals
• apply account codes
• match invoices to purchase orders and receiving records
• assist with customer invoicing and accounts receivable
• apply payments and prepare deposit information
• maintain vendor payment records
• compare vendor statements
• organize expense documentation and accounting records
• support reconciliations, month-end close, and audits
• respond to routine invoice and payment inquiries.

Why this role
