What you'll do

• Manage the client lifecycle for an assigned book of business
• serve as primary contact for accounting, tax, and advisory services
• lead tax planning
• prepare and review business and individual tax returns
• review monthly financial statements, balance sheets, reconciliations, fixed assets, payroll liabilities, loan schedules, and profit-and-loss statements
• provide salary projections and financial guidance
• recommend entity-structure improvements and tax-saving strategies
• coach bookkeeping staff
• ensure timely deliverables
• collaborate with leadership on process and service improvements
• address client questions and financial challenges.
