What you'll do

• Advise executives and internal teams on U.S. labor and employment law
• support plant launches, workforce transitions, restructurings, and employment practices
• counsel on joint-venture workforce matters, labor relations, collective bargaining, employment issues, and regulatory developments
• oversee disputes and outside counsel
• advise on employee benefits and immigration compliance
• draft policies and agreements
• conduct training
• support ESG, ethics, human-rights, and corporate compliance initiatives.
