What you'll do

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life-safety, and control systems
• comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives
• support energy management and preventive maintenance programs
• perform emergency repairs as needed
• inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• handle hazardous materials according to departmental policies.
