What you'll do

• Oversee warehouse and site operations, shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling
• operate forklifts and other equipment as needed
• maintain inventory records in Sortly and other systems
• supervise warehouse personnel, including temporary agency employees
• coordinate hiring, onboarding, training, task assignments, coaching, attendance, and documentation
• prepare reports and schedules
• coordinate communications, supply orders, and equipment needs
• travel between assigned locations.
