Clubhouse Attendant

The attendant serves residents and visitors, handles light administrative tasks, and helps prepare, clean, open, and close clubhouse spaces. The part-time schedule is three to four days per week and includes required Saturday availability and Sunday hours.

What you'll do

• Perform light office tasks such as copying, faxing, filing, ticket sales, guest pool-tag issuance, and basic data entry or review
• provide community information and distribute forms
• set up and break down chairs and tables for activities and events
• clean event areas and service ware
• perform opening duties including unlocking the facility, preparing refreshments, and checking rooms
• perform closing duties including resetting rooms, removing trash, replenishing lemonade, powering down equipment, and locking exterior doors.
