What you'll do

• Maintain traffic and phone logs and follow up using AppFolio
• understand local real estate markets and competition
• demonstrate homes, amenities, and pricing and close leases
• prepare marketing descriptions and photos
• greet prospects and conduct tours
• process applications and credit verifications
• generate prospect traffic through outreach, referrals, and tours
• prepare and sign lease documents
• coordinate move-ins, move-outs, transfers, and renewals
• assist with leasing reports and marketing plans
• support occupancy and net operating income goals
• comply with fair housing laws.
