What you'll do

• Read work orders or follow instructions to identify materials
• load and unload parts by hand or with a forklift
• plan placement of parts
• secure loads with strapping, bracing, or padding
• move materials with forklifts or hand jacks
• count and record units
• label materials
• clean work areas
• assemble crates
• fill in for drivers when needed
• manifest retread tires.
