What you'll do

  • Provide general support to the Patient Recruitment & Retention team.
  • Manage administrative activities including status reports, meeting agendas, and finance tracking.
  • Manage material approvals, printing, and shipping.
  • Assist with vendor reporting and ensure files are up to date.
  • Partner with study team members to file documents in the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).
  • Assist with UAT and development of training materials.
