Lead Quality Inspection Technician

Job overview

The Lead Quality Inspection Technician role is onsite in Euclid, OH, with compensation of $30–$35 per hour. The position supports the company’s aerospace manufacturing team. The technician inspects aerospace components and assemblies at incoming, in-process, and final stages, helping ensure they meet engineering specifications and customer, company, and regulatory requirements. The role also supports corrective actions, first article inspections, and guidance for junior inspectors.

What you'll do

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of aerospace components and assemblies
• verify parts against drawings and specifications using precision measuring instruments
• document results and nonconformances
• support root cause and corrective/preventive actions and First Article Inspections
• collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams
• mentor junior inspectors.
