Traveling Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• Oversee daily field operations across one to three active projects
• supervise crews
• inspect jobsites and interpret plans
• monitor progress against schedule and budget
• resolve jobsite issues
• coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
• lead crew and safety meetings
• enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• train crew members
• track hours and progress
• manage equipment and logistics
• conduct punch walks and final inspections
• travel to project sites nationwide.
