What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations with the Operations Manager
• train staff and enforce safety procedures
• open and close the facility
• maintain warehouse cleanliness and equipment
• prepare employee schedules
• manage inventory and assets
• load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
• train drivers and forklift operators
• conduct performance reviews
• support recruitment and workplace issue resolution
• coordinate inbound and outbound containers with Dispatch and Freight.
