The role translates retail business needs into data product requirements and guides delivery with engineering, data science, business intelligence, and analytics teams. It exists to align data products with business goals and deliver scalable pipelines, models, dashboards, and reporting that support retail objectives.

What you'll do

• Own data product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization
• gather retail requirements and translate them into user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and product documents
• partner with technical teams on pipelines, models, dashboards, and reporting
• define data quality, lineage, and governance requirements
• support mapping, validation, reconciliation, and UAT
• manage Agile ceremonies and releases
• track KPIs and coordinate risks and dependencies.
